GlobalCom BPO Services has deployed its own private network, managed internally and secured for only its contact centers use.  The primary data center is  a state of the art facility.  The network has been optimized for it contact center’s SIP and data requirements with redundant architecture for constant uptime.  


GlobalCom BPO Services uses industry leader, TCN, for its primary contact center platform, providing redundant IVR, queues and agent skills to ensure each and every call is answered


Global Com employs very rigid data security measures.  We have completed extensive initial on-site and process audits and have undergone PCI-DSS certification for our data security management.
